Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by You

  • For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour experience.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times for cancellations and changes are based on the local time of the experience.
  • To cancel a booking, you must contact us at info@dapigbeach.com or use the cancellation option available in your booking confirmation email.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Any transaction fees or service charges incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Da Pig Beach

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation.
  • In the event of a tour cancellation or significant modification, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.
  • You will be given the option to reschedule your tour or receive a full refund. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

No-Shows

    • Customers who do not show up for their scheduled tour without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
    • Customers who miss their tour may contact us to discuss rebooking options, subject to availability and additional charges.
